I was in Panama City on a brief solo trip and highly recommend it. I loved the craft markets and the seafood, but my favorite thing about the city was its people. Everyone I met was so sweet to me—and so forgiving of my nervous Spanish. The city is a perfect mix of old and new and I’d love to visit again for a longer period of time.
